Dario Navarro is an experienced transactional attorney and a seasoned litigator. He has advised both high tech startups and major multinational corporations as well as successfully representing clients in business disputes before state, federal, administrative, and arbitral decisionmakers. He has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America for his professional achievements and received awards for both his courtroom work and published scholarship. He is also a former law and business school professor who has taught over 26 courses in law, finance and business strategy at universities in the United States, Spain, Japan, Australia and Thailand.
